We hired Hardy Boys to inspect our new home earlier this year. Having gone through some not so great inspectors in the past we wanted someone with knowledge of building systems as a whole. Once we found out the owner had worked as a project manager/quality control in commercial construction building high rise condos, hospitals, and high end suites for sport stadiums we felt comfortable he knew the ins and outs of all construction components. Now that our home inspection has been complete I can say without a doubt we made the right decision because Hardy Boys was a pleasure to work with. From the professionalism, to walking us through the whole inspection process to make sure we completely understood the inspection report, and going above and beyond what was required to make sure all our questions were answered. To top it off Hardy Boys even provided a 90 day warranty on our new home. Overall they were a great inspection company. We have already referred some colleagues who are about to purchase a new home to them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest, educated, professional home inspector.
